Inline Install API eligibility criteria for apps

This page describes the eligibility criteria for apps to use the Inline Install API. In addition to meeting the criteria, developers must integrate the API and accept the Terms of Service in Play Console.

Eligibility criteria

To qualify for access to this premium growth tool, you must provide a high-quality and trustworthy user experience, and you must be a developer in good standing on Google Play. In addition, the app that is to be installed must be of sufficiently high quality.

The following table describes all of the criteria to be met:

Caller-app meets eligibility criteria for premium growth tools.	All app categories are eligible for the Inline Install API, as long as other premium growth tool criteria are met. See Google Play Premium growth tools to learn more about these eligibility criteria.
Caller-app ensures appropriate use of the Inline Install API.	Google Play wants to provide users with contextual and seamless journeys. If we see that the Inline Install API is inappropriately used, we may revoke use.
