如果您不打算以 Android 10(API 级别 29)为目标平台,那么其中一些变更可能不会立即对您产生影响。然而,虽然您目前仍可以使用一些非 SDK 接口(具体取决于应用的目标 API 级别),但只要您使用任何非 SDK 方法或字段,终归存在导致应用出问题的显著风险。
如果您不确定自己的应用是否使用了非 SDK 接口,则可以测试该应用,进行确认。如果您的应用依赖于非 SDK 接口,建议您开始计划迁移到 SDK 替代方案。然而,我们知道某些应用具有使用非 SDK 接口的有效用例。如果您无法为应用中的某项功能找到使用非 SDK 接口的替代方案,则应请求新的公共 API。
非 SDK 接口列表的命名发生变化
在 Android 9(API 级别 28)中,非 SDK 接口列表(灰名单)分为以下两个列表:
- 包含不受支持的非 SDK 接口(浅灰名单)的列表,无论目标 API 级别如何,您都可以使用这些接口。
- 包含已屏蔽的非 SDK 接口(深灰名单)的列表。如果您的应用的目标 API 级别是 28 或更高,您将无法使用这些接口。
从 Android 10 开始,列入灰名单且受目标 API 级别限制的非 SDK 接口(之前列入浅灰列表)现在也会由可在其中使用此类接口的最高目标 SDK 版本引用。

由于 Android 8.1 Oreo(API 级别 27)中被有条件屏蔽的非 SDK 接口数量众多,因此该列表中的很多接口未添加注释。虽然这些新注释可以提供快速参考点,但如果您不确定自己的应用是否会使用非 SDK 接口,则应测试该应用。
在 Android 10 中授予对非 SDK 接口的访问权限
在 Android 10 中,可用于授予对非 SDK 接口的访问权限的命令已更改。您可以更改 API 强制执行政策,以允许在开发设备上访问非 SDK 接口。为此,请使用以下 ADB 命令:
adb shell settings put global hidden_api_policy 1
如需将 API 强制执行策略重置为默认设置,请使用以下命令:

这些命令无需设备取得 root 权限即可执行。
您可以将 API 强制执行策略中的整数设置为以下值之一:
- 0:停用所有非 SDK 接口检测。如果您使用此设置,系统会停止输出针对非 SDK 接口使用行为的所有日志消息,并阻止您使用
StrictMode
API 测试应用。建议不要使用此设置。 - 1:允许访问所有非 SDK 接口,但同时输出日志消息,并且在其中显示针对所有非 SDK 接口使用情况的警告。如果使用此设置,您仍可以使用

Android 10 的列表更改
Android 11 中的列表变更分为以下几类:
- 在 Android 9(API 级别 28)中不受支持(列入了灰名单)而目前在 Android 10(API 级别 29)中被屏蔽的非 SDK 接口。
- 在 Android 10 中被添加到 Android SDK 的非 SDK 接口。
