If this TelephonyManager object was created with [TelephonyManager.createForSubscriptionId(int)](/reference/kotlin/android/telephony/TelephonyManager#createForSubscriptionId(kotlin.Int)), then the callback applies to the subscription ID. Otherwise, this callback applies to [SubscriptionManager.getDefaultSubscriptionId()](/reference/kotlin/android/telephony/SubscriptionManager#getDefaultSubscriptionId()).
